Natasha Perssico EscobedoNatasha Perssico Escobedo is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers. The ASA credential represents an important professional designation and is based on her work accomplishments and the completion of an educational curriculum.

The American Society of Appraisers’ credentialing process is rigorous. To receive the Accredited Member designation, Natasha completed 108 hours of valuation education, involving four, three-hour exams; She was required to take a course and pass an examination on the widely-accepted set of appraisal standards called the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP); and she submitted an actual valuation report which passed a review by a group of professional peers.

To advance to the ASA status, Natasha was further required to demonstrate the completion of 10,000 hours of business valuation experience.  That was accomplished by her preparation of valuations and economic analyses for tax planning and compliance (federal income, gift, and estate) purposes, completion of forensic analyses and shareholder dispute resolution engagements, performance of acquisition purchase price allocations, transaction planning engagements, economic damages analyses, shareholder dispute engagements, and marital dissolution engagements.
